At Global One Media you will be trained in the consultative sales
approach. If you are motivated to learn outside sales, like to talk with people, and have the desire to help customers we want to talk to you!
With Global One Media, you can work in an uncapped commission environment. We do have monthly sales goals and will work one-on-one to give you the training and tools to maximize your success.
Below is a summary of the requirements and responsibilities that will be expected.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts in a highly effective manner for Global One Media product offerings
- Ability to find and develop new customer accounts for all Global One Media offerings
- Effectively resolve customer service issues in conjunction with management
- Work directly under the Sales Manager’s direction
- Comply with all policies and procedures of Global One Media
- Fully understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Clearly and effectively communicate with staff members and customers
- Possess general knowledge and learn understanding of product lines that Global One Media promotes and the ability to communicate with customers the features and benefits of each
- Must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effectively manage multiple open quotations and bring them to order status
- Basic computer knowledge with experience with the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace
- Effectively communicate activity reports for management describing customer contacts and pending business opportunities
- Other job duties as assigned by management
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation upon hire and as a condition of continued employment
Compensation is based on commission only. We will give a 3-month, $3000 guarantee while you are learning and ramping up.
